Please see below the Regional Relay teams for Ipswich for the HART Regional Relays being held at the Universtiy of Queensland Athletics Centre, St Lucia on Saturday 02 November 2025 . There will also be dedicated relay training on Sunday 26 October 2025 with the program as follows:
- 3-4pm – U7, U8 and Multi Class athletes
- 4-5pm – will be the medley relay teams as well as 4x100m (all ages)
- 5-6pm – will be the Swedish and 4x100m (all ages)
We appreciate it is the day after Summer Series #1 but it is the only opportunity that could be provided by the coaching team. Please remember they are volunteers giving up their Sunday afternoon to give your athlete the best chance of success so please be kind and do them the courtesy of attending. Training will also be as per normal the following Tuesday.
Please notify the centre if you are no longer able to attend the carnival ASAP by emailing ipsla1981@gmail.com. This is essential so we can change teams if necessary.
Once you arrive please check in with the Team Managers. They will be located under the Ipswich Marquees adjacent to the Long Jump runways.
If you are delayed on the day of the carnival or unable to make it due to sickness please contact the Team Managers on 0484 033 978. This is extremely important so we can attempt to organise substitutions. This number will only be active during the day of the carnival. Please do not attempt to message or call this number prior as the phone will be switched off and messages not responded to.
Please see below the links to the relay teams as well as the draft event order. Please check in regularly regarding the teams as they can change due to withdrawals. Please remember that the running order of the athletes can be changed on the day so long as the same four athletes show up on the day.
