To assist the committee, we would appreciate your co-operation in relation to assisting cleaning the bathrooms and packing up the event sites.
The committee are often the first ones on-site and are the last ones to leave so every little bit helps.
In terms of the High Jump, it is a case of putting the mats back on the trolley and the stands on top of the mats.
For Long Jump/Triple Jump and Discus, if you can place all implements and equipment in a neat pile, that would be greatly appreciated.
For Shotput, please put all the shots, spike and tape back on the trolley and put back into the shed.
The bathrooms will need to be swept, mopped and restocked as well as the bins emptied as well. Sanitary bins will not be required to be emptied.
